Integration - PMS

For organisation that use property management system. The PMS module enables you to integrate your PMS software via network socket (TCP) or over the cloud. With the PMS module, guest check-in will synchronize the PMS software guest check in with Kiwire system. This method will make it possible for guests/users to login using their room number and password using information provided during check-in process via the PMS (Property management system) software. This module also supports payment posting to PMS system and automatically activate or deactivate the room account based on check-in and checkout information. 

Supported PMS are :

• Cloud

  • IDB

  • Generic

• Socket

  • JDS : Winpac

  • FCS : Hospitality

  • 3CJ : PMSI

To access the PMS module click on Integrations > PMS from the navigation. This includes Main, Cloud, Socket and VIP Code for Kiwire platform. The module configuration screen will be displayed. Fill in the required fields.

VIP Code

This VIP code tab let your override the default charges or profile when guest check in via PMS, this vip code is correspondence to the PMS VIP code system. This is useful if you want to provide different level of services or charges based on the profile of the check in guest.

Add New VIP Code

To add a new VIP code, click on “Add” button and populate the required fields. Fill in the field to complete the process. The field and its function description is listed below.

Edit / Delete VIP Code

Click the edit icon on the listing screen to edit the vip code. The edit screen be display which you can edit the setting of the vip code. Click on the delete icon to delete the vip code. A prompt will be display to ask for your confirmation to proceed to delete the vip code. Please exercise with cautions as this not a reversible action.
