Cloud - User Device Information

The cloud users device information modules let you view all the information on users device such as device type and device brand for all clouds. To access the login records module click on Cloud > Device Types from the navigation. On the device type listing module, you may search for device type for specific date range by using the search option. 

In the search box, the date search are required to search the records easily.

• Date From : Date selection

• Date To : Date selection

The above picture shows the pie chart of the device types and device brands that connecting to network. Move the cursor to the pie chart to view the records. It will shows the total number and percentage of each device on the chart. The records of the device types and device brands collected from web browser user agent.

E.g. The pie chart below shows the records of desktop device type that connected to network.

• Total : 142

• Percentage : 37.57%

* NOTE : To download the pie chart, click on “Save as picture” icon on top right of the picture. To refresh the records, click on the “Refresh” icon on top right of the picture.

The records of device type connecting to network will show according to each fields. The fields and functions are below.
