Prerequisites
Before integrating the controller with Kiwire, it is necessary that the controller and access point:

Kiwire-hostname or Kiwire-ip can be obtain by contacting our technical support for our cloud customer. For enterprise client the ip will be on premises Kiwire ip address.

Omaya dashboard visually tracks, analyze and displays crowd analytics of your venue. Your dashboard is the first thing you will see once you login to Omaya Portal. It gives you an overview of activity and reports on a daily basis. The dashboard gives you the following information:

Visitor
Omaya dashboard visually tracks, analyze and displays crowd analytics of your venue. Your dashboard is the first thing you will see once you login to Omaya Portal. It gives you an overview of activity and reports on a daily basis. The dashboard gives you the following information:
Hourly Visitor – A graph of the data overlaps of Pass by, Visit and Engaged statistic.
Daily Visitor –
Pass By – Total number of unique users detect walked by your venue.
Visit – Total users who is detected near the sensor.
Avg Dwell – Average dwell time for all engaged users.
Hourly New and Return User – A graph of the data overlaps of Return User and New User.
Daily New and Return User – A graph of the data of New User and Return User.
