Prerequisites
Before integrating the controller with Kiwire, it is necessary that the controller and access point:

are connected to the Internet

are reachable on the network

have an IP address assigned to the a through DHCP or static

Kiwire-hostname or Kiwire-ip can be obtain by contacting our technical support for our cloud customer. For enterprise client the ip will be on premises Kiwire ip address.

Login to your Cambium cnMaestro controller

Go to WLANs > Configuration > AAA Servers

Unique Visit
Unique visit is your primary report of the user’s behavior within your venues, it will do comparison between pass by, visit and engaged users. As with all analytics module , you can select venue and date range for the data analytics. The default analytics report is presented in date view, you can zoom into hourly reporting of the specific date for the venue. To view specific venue, use the drop down selection list to select the venue from the list , select the data range for the analytics reporting. To access the unique visit module click on Analytics > Unique Visit from the navigation.
