Prerequisites
Before integrating the controller with Kiwire, it is necessary that the controller and access point:

are connected to the Internet

are reachable on the network

have an IP address assigned to the a through DHCP or static

Kiwire-hostname or Kiwire-ip can be obtain by contacting our technical support for our cloud customer. For enterprise client the ip will be on premises Kiwire ip address.

Dwell Time
Dwell time analytics provide you analysis of your venue engaged user dwell time; you may select the venue you wish to view group by interval (daily, weekly or monthly) view and date using the date range selector. The graph will display the average dwell time as well its distributions of time in the venue based on the interval selected.To access the dwell time module click on Analytics > Dwell Time from the navigation.
