Prerequisites
Before integrating the controller with Kiwire, it is necessary that the controller and access point:

are connected to the Internet

are reachable on the network

have an IP address assigned to the a through DHCP or static

Kiwire-hostname or Kiwire-ip can be obtain by contacting our technical support for our cloud customer. For enterprise client the ip will be on premises Kiwire ip address.

Part 1: Cambium cnMaestro configuration

Login to your Cambium cnMaestro controller

Go to WLANs > Configuration > AAA Servers

Login Engine - Journey
Journey module will let you to design the path your customers experience to get online. The journey editor let you to create specific login journey for users. A journey can consist of multiple pages group together with the user flow of the pages. The journey box will auto expand when new pages are required to drag and drop in. To access the journey module click on Login Engine > Journey from the navigation. On the journey listing module, you may search for specific user by using the search field.
How Journey Works?

Click on the “Add Journey” button to create a new journey.

Fill in the name, choose the pre-login & post-login behavior, language and enable or disable status.

Drag and drop the pages from the available page box into the login journey flow box. The page from available pages are created from page maker module.

Click on “Save” button to save the new login journey.

ADD NEW JOURNEY
Click on “Add Journey” button and populate the required fields. Fill in the field with relevant information to complete the process.

NOTE:
If you use specific URL, the remote page must redirect user back to journey page if user is to be allowed to connect to network.
EDIT OR DELETE JOURNEY
Click on edit icon, the edit screen displays which you can edit the setting of the journey. Click on the delete icon to delete the journey. A prompt will be displayed to ask for your confirmation to proceed to delete the journey. Please exercise with caution as this, not a reversible action.
