Prerequisites
Before integrating the controller with Kiwire, it is necessary that the controller and access point:

are connected to the Internet

Kiwire-hostname or Kiwire-ip can be obtain by contacting our technical support for our cloud customer. For enterprise client the ip will be on premises Kiwire ip address.

Cloud - Tenant
The main cloud tenant screen provide an overview and listing of all the tenants in your system. To access the tenant module click on Cloud > Tenant from the navigation. On the tenant listing module, you may search for specific user by using the search field.

ADD NEW TENANT
Click on “Add Tenant” button and populate the required fields. Fill in the field with relevant information to complete the process.

EDIT OR DELETE TENANT
Click on edit or delete icon from the main cloud tenant listing. If you clicked the edit icon, the edit screen be display which you can edit the setting of the tenant. If you rename the tenant id, the operation for such task will take a few minutes to complete. As system is renaming the tenant id to new given Admin ID, while renaming the cloud tenant account is function will be stop momentary. Click on the delete icon to delete the tenant. A prompt will be display to ask for your confirmation to proceed to delete the admin id. Please exercise with cautions as this not a reversible action.
