License Management
Managing licenses is simple and intuitive.
License summary
Once entered “license section” from Customer area, a license summary will appear, showing any licensed joint to your account.
It will also be possible to retrieve important information and details about any license, with the possibility of cancel a dismissed one.
Licensing
To assign licenses to customer, you need a prepaid credit (previously bought) or a Pay-per-use agreement subscribed.
Prepaid credit is automatically converted into “Coin”, our virtual currency used by the system. Prepaid credit never expires.
Through license area, it will also be possible to activate free Trial to customers.
Learn more about licenses
The Licenses section contains general information about the licenses to activate, the active Demos, and the active or expired licenses.
Licenses to activate
This section shows the licenses that are yet to be activated and their details: the license’s owner, the license type, the number of concurrent users and the license duration.
If you click on the same line or on View in the Action column, the following additional information will be displayed in the drop-down menu:
Product: the product the license is associated with.
License type: the type of license that has been purchased.
Concurrent users: the number of concurrent users.
Associated PIN: the PIN code that is associated with the license and is used to activate it.
Demos and Active Licenses
These sections display information about the Demos and the Active Licenses, namely the license type (demo, single or Bulk), the number of concurrent users, the license expiry date and the filter’s operating status (green: the filter is working correctly; red: the filter is not working, so it is advisable to check that the network’s devices are using our DNS systems, or to contact Technical Support).
The main difference between the Demo and the License (single or Bulk) lies in the former being a 30-day trial license, and the latter a 12- or a 36-month purchased license.
If you pull down the menu as shown above, the following will be displayed:
-
Product: the product the license is associated with.
-
License type: the type of license that has been purchased (Dealer or Final User)
-
Concurrent users: the number of concurrent users.
-
License expiry date: the date when the license will expire.
-

-
Associated PIN: the PIN code the is associated with the license in question.
